How the documents fit together
If the documents conflict, they apply in this order:
- the Order (the plan or purchase a customer selects in the console, or a signed order form);
- the Data Processing Addendum, for data-protection matters only;
- any Service Level Agreement or Security Schedule expressly incorporated in an Order;
- the Master Business Terms;
- the Service Credits and Payments Policy; and
- the Acceptable Use Policy, the Marketplace Terms and the Marketplace Notice-and-Action Policy.
The Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice are information about how PROOF processes personal data; they are not contracts a customer agrees to.
